EVO 2017 Registation Is Online, Reveals Tourney Lineup

The largest fighting game tournament in America has officially opened their registration for competitors. EVO 2017, held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, brings thousands of competitors across the world to see if they have what it takes to become the champion of their game.  EVO also just announced the game lineup; for the most part, it is not surprising which games are going to be competed on the main stage. The biggest shock, however, is that Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is now being considered as a player’s choice tournament. With Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite coming in the near future, but with no release date set, it feels a little odd on why Marvel vs Capcom 3 is not a main stage game given the size of its community.
