Early this morning, Sony revealed several upcoming games on their Sony Playstation Lineup tour event. One of those was from company Cygames and they announced a new IP called Project awakening.
” Project Awakening is an all-new action RPG featuring cutting edge graphics and a high fantasy setting. As part of the company’s ongoing drive to deliver the very best in entertainment, Cygames has assembled a development dream team to create the game, boasting extensive experience across a variety of much-loved video game hits. Under the accomplished direction of Junji Tago (Director) and Ryosuke Aiba (Art Director), the team is hard at work on a title that aims to bring a fresh approach to the world of fantasy RPGs.”
Little is known about this new IP from one of the biggest mobile gaming companies. But, from the previous leaks of the Platinum game collaboration of Granblue Fantasy and their previous track record of quality level gaming, Cygames should deliver in Project Awakening. The game is slated for a 2019 release.
