One of the best-selling manga series of all time will be coming to us as a live-action TV series. Netflix announced today that they are partnered with Tomorrow Studios and Shueisha to bring the Strawhat Pirates adventure story from Japan to a worldwide audience. Netflix ordered a 10 episode live-action One Piece series. Its currently too early to tell who will be on the cast and when it is coming out, we will keep you posted. What we do know is that creator/author Eiichiro Oda will be the executive producer of the series as well as Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements of Tomorrow Studios (Cowboy Bebop, Snowpiercer, Hanna).
